MV Cars is a private London concierge for luxury vehicle hire and chauffeur service. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we hold it, and how you can control it.

What we collect
Enquiry and booking details you submit: your name, email address, telephone and WhatsApp numbers, requested vehicle, hire dates, collection and return locations, and any special requests you choose to share.
Communications: messages you send us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, and our replies.
Technical data: standard server logs and basic, privacy-respecting usage information generated when you browse the site.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, confirm availability, quote rates and arrange delivery or chauffeur service — this is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
To administer a confirmed booking, including driver verification, insurance and delivery logistics — necessary for the performance of that contract.
To keep records of enquiries and bookings for legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention, service quality and dispute resolution.
To meet legal obligations, including accounting and insurance requirements.
We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: our website and email infrastructure providers, and where relevant our insurers, chauffeur partners and vehicle suppliers, strictly so your booking can be fulfilled.
WhatsApp conversations are carried over Meta's platform and are subject to their own terms and privacy notice.
We never sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Records relating to completed bookings are kept for up to six years to satisfy tax, insurance and legal requirements, then deleted.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to the concierge team members who need it to service your booking.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@mvcarconcierge.com. We respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
