These terms govern the use of this website and the hire of vehicles and chauffeur service from MV Cars. Specific rates, mileage and security deposits are confirmed in writing for each booking.

Submitting the booking form, messaging us on WhatsApp or calling the concierge constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Rates and availability shown on this site are indicative and subject to written confirmation by our concierge.
A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and received any deposit or advance payment specified in it.
Self-drive hirers must hold a full licence valid in the United Kingdom, meet the minimum age and licence-held period stated in the confirmation for the vehicle concerned, and present the licence together with photographic identification and proof of address at handover.
We may decline or terminate a hire where identification cannot be verified, where insurance cover cannot be placed, or where the vehicle is at evident risk.
A refundable security deposit is held for the duration of each self-drive hire and released after the vehicle is returned and inspected. Daily mileage allowances and the charge for additional miles are stated in your confirmation.
Vehicles are supplied fully fuelled or charged and should be returned in the same condition; otherwise refuelling is charged at cost plus a handling fee.
We deliver and collect across London and the United Kingdom; European travel is available by prior written arrangement only. Vehicles may not be used for racing, track use, competitions, towing, sub-hire, driving instruction, or by any person not named on the hire agreement.
Smoking and the carriage of animals other than assistance dogs are not permitted. Cleaning charges apply where a vehicle is returned requiring specialist valeting.
Chauffeur bookings are quoted hourly, by transfer or by day, with waiting time, congestion, ULEZ, parking and toll charges passed through at cost where applicable. Airport bookings include a complimentary waiting period stated in your confirmation.
Journeys remain under the control of the chauffeur, who may decline any request that would be unsafe or unlawful.
Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and the notice given and are set out in your written confirmation. We will always try to accommodate date changes subject to availability.
If a vehicle becomes unavailable through mechanical failure or events beyond our control, we will offer the nearest equivalent alternative or a full refund of sums paid for that booking.
The hirer is responsible for damage, loss, penalty charges, fines and related administration during the hire period, subject to the insurance terms confirmed at booking.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
